Custom O-Rings
When you are faced with an application requiring custom sized o-rings, think of COR. Our experienced team is focused on providing our customers with high quality custom sized o-rings and our vulcanizing and cold splicing processes are structured to meet the most demanding turnaround times.
Vulcanizing
Hot spliced using heated dies and a heat sensitive bonding agent. A clean and visually appealing finish to the joint. The majority of our elastomers can be vulcanized.
Cold Splicing
The rings have a bonding agent applied and are pressed together with no heat applied. This process is typically used on foam elastomers and low durometer elastomers where heat would damage the material.
